My prime memory of this show was not getting paid for my participation in Nord 3202 G-BEFH. Although the show was under the banner of the UK squadron of the, then, Confederate Air Force the organiser was a rogue. He did a bunk with the proceeds during the display on the Sunday and subsequently declared himself bankrupt. Needless to say, those who had provided aircraft to fly in the show got zilch which left a bad taste in my mouth to say the very least. The same was true of all the other participants.
