I’m guessing that you’ve taken your information from “Fleet Air Arm Aircraft 1939 to 1945” Sturtivant/Burrow, Air-Britain? If so, I’m afraid that is the latest information we have, other than the names of the crew: Sub Lieutenant REA Hibburd, Sub Lieutenant J Mason and Petty Officer DH Duncan, all of whom were killed.

If you do come up with any further information that I’ll add it in to the updates for when we do the fully revised reprint (probably a couple of years off at least).
