In addition to what Paul has already mentioned, there will be displays of Military equipment, vintage and classic cars, vintage bus tours around the old airfield, and many other attractions including a stall from 2503 Sqn RAuxAF from Waddington.

The 106 Sqn museum will be open as usual, so you will be able to find out about Metheringham airfield during WWII and visit many of the surviving buildings and shelters, including the superbly refurbished wartime gymnasium, and the largest flyable model Lancaster that you are ever likely to see.

Refreshments will also be on offer including the best Lincolnshire sausage in a bun that I have tasted.
