Also Etriean Mig-29 downed a MiG-21 with cannon fire in 2000

An identical thread topic to this was posted on PPrune a while ago, and the concencus there agreed that the Eritrean-Ethiopean Mig vs. Mig encounters in 2000 was the last time.
