Thanks for the tip gents, but some of us are old enough 🙁 (just 😉 )to have bought/been given the book when it was originally printed back in the late 60’s…..

My copy is well thumbed, and starting to yellow around the edges….as you say it covers much of the stuff in the documentaries. Must be time to read it again.

I must also try and dig out my old bubble-gum BoFB cards – they were issued with the usual stips of bubble gum, colour stills from the film on one side, and shrunken copies of newspaper front pages of the period on the back. If I can only dig out my old Dinky Stuka and Spitfire die-cast models, and a cheapo BofB board game of the day then perhaps I have the excuse to act like an 1968 eight-year old again….running round with the planes shouting “Daka daka daka”. (Not that I need an excuse really 😀 )

What I haven’t picked up yet is the recent (RR?) book on the making of the film..one for my Christmas list.

As I said, these are possibly being reprinted – unless you’re prepared to stump up for the originals from Amazon or evilBay….
