SLBM launch that was carried out in August. It looks impressive. But a question to the experts. What are these hot debris falling down we see in the video. Once when the missile comes out of water and then the second time when its up in the air. Is it a normal thing? But I don’t seem to remember having seen such things in other SLBM launches around the world.

From their report on Musudan MRBM launch that was carried out in June prior to the above SLBM launch. In that the missile covered a distance of around 400Km and they said it was launched at a high angle and reached an altitude of over 1,400Km. So anyone know what would be the range achieved if its fired in normal trajectory?

Also, can the mods plz merge all these threads into one.
