Charlie, as I understand it there is/are about 40 full life term prisoners.who will die in prison, which brings up the old Chestnut, should they bring back hanging, rather than keeping them at the Taxpayers expense?.Being banged up all the time, just becomes a way of life for them.

There was a Tramp, who, just before Christmas, for several years, used to come to our Town and put a few bricks through shop windows, knowing he would be arrested for causing Criminal Damage, and be sent to prison, or held in remand for Christmas meals etc.
