I like your solution. Saddam can only sleep in one of his 100 palaces at a time so the other 99 could house the inspection teams. France could run the palace kitchens.:) Germany could tend to the green gardening, Belgium house maid and laundry and Russia could take charge of garbage and septic facilities. Everyone else could form up into teams an dig up as much dirt on Saddam as they can find.

Seriously there was some talk of a UN occupation force in Iraq not to long ago. I don’t remember how it came up.
