He is back, under a different name…

As is A380 (or whatever) – although I have (now) no idea who he is.
Not wanting to point fingers and say they shouldn’t have been allowed back but what are/were they allowed back under some sort of probabtion?
Again – I am just wondering; I don’t want to upset the applecart for them as good boys.
