More LCAC for an amphib landing is a good idea. To get the vehicles of the initial wave ashore faster. I don’t see a reason for putting a BCT aboard the Flo/Flo ship, though.
For re-enforcement and sustainment this seems rather less interesting, since taking a decent harbor (and airfield) would be one of the first objectives. Also more and more cargo is containerized, so the crane ships seem more important.
