I’ve just received a letter from Basingstoke local authority to confirm that the appeal application has been withdrawn and the matter at # 11 is now finished.

I’ve written to them on behalf of all who objected, to thank them for their transparent and honest evaluation of this unwanted and hazardous scheme.
