food was great for a 2h flight, there was a delay and they gave tea several times to pax onboard

seat pitch was ok

The best was the price and equipment, 50 euros one way in a A340!!

The worst is (not only china E) is that they don’t have e-tkst so you must get a piece of paper, not so easy when you are already there as a tourist.

use http://www.ctrip.com to get prices and schedules (internal flights only) then you can either get tksts by snail mail if u have an address (say a hotel).

best is book via hotel, prices are set by the CPC.
