Just a quick update to this thread as I have now flown with AB and EZY again. The AB flights were excellent again. 2 out of the 3 were on time and the only reason one was delayed was beacuse of a problem with the amount of luggage we had on board the STN-MAN flight. The service provided was great and the crew were very friendly.

With regards to easyJet, I flew from CGN to EMA and back last weekend and the crew from there were much more frinedly than the LPL based crew. The purser on the flight back was particularly good. This has slightly restored my faith in easyJet and I would be happy to fly with them again as long as it was not on a LPL based aircraft. I intend to e-mail EZY and say how good the purser on this flight was.
