I think it is a bit tight that the airline had spare seats with extra legroom and still insisted offering them at a fee, even at the last minute. When I was upgraded from Premium Economy to Business Class with EVA Air, I understand that a tall gentlemen and his wife were moved into our seats – and at no extra cost. I guess being a low cost flight, I shouldn’t really complain.
