Basically they have moved Reykjavik to GLA… so all feeder flights from Europe come to Glasgow then pax onward to the states board a US bound flight at GLA, any pax wishing to actually stay in Iceland fly to Akureyri and land travel (400 miles) to Reykjavik.
Same in reverse for the inbound US flights, change a/c at GLA and on to final destination.

Cheers for the explanation there! Sadly I wont be able to see any of them as I am bogged down with studying for my exams coming up in just under a week and the lack of spotting places at GLA easily accessible by public transport. Enjoy the aircraft while they are here!
