Now that the Winter schedules are upon us, the Etihad had been and gone by the time I got there.

Whats that 737 with winglets in the G-OBYB shot?

It’s G-XLAJ, presumably ready for Winter lease. I couldn’t see any titles on it, though.

Most of the traffic at Manchester is predictable, so you can expect to see the scheduled European and long-haul stuff whatever day you visit. For a bit of variety, try visiting on a day when Manchester United or Blackburn Rovers are playing at home in European competition.
