Hey AdlerTag,

No problem. I actually first started my training at Truro in a C152 (G-TFSA) The airfield is great fun and indeed a challenge, especially in anything bigger than a C152 as take off uphill becomes…fun 😉 I did circuits in a C172 there once and the fence at the end got abit close for comfort a few times. 😀

Perranporth really is a beautiful airfield to fly into and out of if ever you get the chance. It truely is a beautiful area. Truro airfield and Perranporth are about 3nm apart.

It really is sad that most former WW2 airfields only use 1 runway, or as you say in Breightons case, the peri-track!!

Cranfield has 2 runways. Runway 18/36 can be used on request but the main runway is 03/21
