Not sure if I’m getting overly sensitive in my older age or what, but I found the news footage of the burning and exploding wreckage almost as it happened, a bit distasteful. The handling of the burnt hulk and turning over of the remains of the airframe just after 19 souls were killed seemed odd as well.

No, I don’t think you are getting sensitive in your old age, I felt much the same as you on seeing those pics. I would have thought that the wreckage should have remained untouched until an investigative team had arrived. Maybe things are done differently in Nepal.
