Given the choice, I’d probably hope for the B757. An old aircraft, there won’t be that many more opportunities to fly the type as time goes by, whereas the B737 is as ubiquitous as ever.

I flew a B757-200 from LHR to Boston and it was very narrow and very old-fashioned (no seat-mounted entertainment, for example), but quite an interesting old bird to fly nonetheless.
