These pictures were taken from the Industrial Estate. If you walk towards the old hangars/truck storage area then you will come across some raised ground that surrounds a pond. From here you can shoot across the fence without hinderance. Please be aware that Hawarded has seen some trouble recently with ner-do-wells and eco-mentallists trying to gain entry to the field. Combine this with sensitive RAF projects being worked on at Chester; you can understand that security can get jumpy. Standing here means that your actions can be seen from the ATC tower, if you behave yourself then you shouldnt be bothered. Try giving them a wave if they look at you. Please also be considerate when parking, some of the industrial units are now occupied.
