After the crash, a series of modifications were put in place, all except in the BA fleet, AA and AB (Air France I am not sure of), BA then relanched them back into service, until 2003 when it became no longer economic and viable to keep them in service, and so they were retired, AF had retired their fleet In the May of 2003, but no they didnt go bust, just a harsh reality of the economic and socially changing climate we live in, rising costs on Fuel, 9/11 etc all contributed to why Concorde could no longer carry on flying, thankfully they are all now being looked after and preserved for future generations to marvel at…. as said earlier on the thread go to the wonderful “Concorde SST” site for all things that are Concorde…..
