I don’t know anything about what happened with the delay etc mate, but I would think Alpha-Jet are gradually beginning to stabilise. They have just received a brand new 738 (5B-DCE). Admittedly, that is the aircraft that takes their fleet up to two ;), but I suppose an airline that is probably in a pretty precarious financial position would sooner risk delays and operate their fleet to the full rather than have an back up aircraft sat around.

I also imagine they are making a good bit of money leasing that aircraft to Excel in the height of summer.
