That’s generally speaking, however most airports adapt to fit what type of operations run through there. For example at LPL stand 1 can take upto a B757, whereas 2-10 can take upto B738/A320 size aircraft as a rule of thumb, as this is the most common size running through there, hence why this summer the TOM B752 has ended up demoted all the way down to stand 11/12 with Empty stands in between the rest of the flightline (had previously used Stand 7A (across 7 and 8) or the new Tango apron (now home to Easyjet)).
