The last run in I had with stupidity in an airport, just recently again it was Frankfurt. My gate number had been changed 30 mins before my flight. But when i went to the new gate they said that it was not there and that I should contact information. There was a lady waiting back at the old gate with information for many of us who were now starting to get anoyed. She was reading from a paper handout about all the changes. I asked her how old the hand out was and she said she got it 30 mins ago. Anyone who has been around airports knows a lot can change in 30 mins. I called airport flight info only to find out that her information was wrong right enough. All the people on my flight ended up going to three different gates I wonder if this sounds familiar

:)hehe we went through a similar situation many years ago in Singapore where we have to wait for 5 hours.
