So, do you believe Captainben just posted this thread as a laugh, Danairboy?? I believe, he posted it as it is something personal to him and it is aviation related – and there are a few people on the forum who else it might be relevant to or mean something to, as is a forum’s wont! What makes you believe that Captainben’s posting is inaccurate? Just because you can’t believe that no flying clubs are on the brink of bankruptcy, doesn’t mean that some aren’t. You just sound bitter and twisted making remarks like that.

I wish to reiterate others’ comments recently on another thread and ask: why do you do nothing but bloody well moan constantly on here and question other forum members posts on this forum, usually without nothing more than your own (often negative) opinions to back up your claims? It’s just all wearing a bit thin now.

Danairboy, I think if you want to stay on this forum, you’d better buck your ideas up, sounds like you on thin ice. And by the way, you say Aero Club’s have ‘posh silver spoons for whom money isn’t a worry to’. For your information mate, what the hell has cutlery got to do with flying? 😡
