close, but not quite. The Flemish call it Brussel (last S missing). The naming of SNBA more likely than not has a political reason. Almost every (former) state owned company is argued over wether they should use Dutch or French or both. In this case SNBA decided to go neutral!

Or perhaps this was just easier to market than Brussel/Bruxelles. Who knows?
