I thinks whats meant is that the average Russian Airliner belches out more gasses than western airliners.
And what evidence does he have that CO2 and CO3 from a Russian aircraft is more or less dangerous than CO2 and CO3 from western aircraft.
In February Airliners World it had an article about the IL-18 and it said if you stood behind it you would most certainly get poisioned…..which is kind of worrying

What type of large jet engine burning kerosene at a few thousand degrees is safe to stand behind. They must be very desperate the make them sound bad if they have to stoop to that.
