I remember one trip where they forgot to take off our luggage. Imagine a 737 worth of passengers waiting at the luggage carousel for their bags to appear only to watch as 3 bags appear and the carousel promptly shutdown. That was it, 3 whole bags made it off the airplane. The whole mass of us walked over to the lost luggage office where we were told that the ground crew forgot to pull all the bags off and the 737 had already departed for its next destination. We were not a very happy group.
