The ramps move themselves according to airspeed and Angle of Attack – they’re constantly adjusting and moving in flight to maximise the airflow to the engines.

The F-15 doesn’t have any slats, the only lift inducing feature for slow speed flight are the flaps, which have two positioned; up or down.
