Has anybody ever seen the movie “Made,” where Vince Vaughn hits the attendant call button 4 times in the span of 2 minutes? LOL, great scene. I have never once hit that thing, out of all my flights. I just wait till they come around, or I go to the galley myself. FA’s have one of the hardest jobs dealing with unruly pax, and all sorts of other riffraff. My trip to N.Y. 2 weeks ago, I was flying business class on UA from LAX-JFK, and I was reading the TWA, An Airline and It’s Aircraft, and one of the FA’s brought it to the attention of the purser who used to fly TWA, and she started rubbing the book and hugging it. We strolled down memory lane together, she was awe inspired by the book, so I told her where she could get it. Good memories.
