Must have been right on the limit for the camera/recording technology of the time,the camera mounted at the co pilot position was only just managing to cope most of the time (and was really struggling a couple of times) – the camera mounted at the bomb aimers position in the under fuselage bathtub giving a great forward view (and of the nosewheel steering on the ground) seemed to be working very well.
From memory the pilot who managed to stay in camera view the longest at formation break was the Lincoln pilot – he actually did a fairly steep breakaway : )
