So we have, with your link, in total 3 missions of Marauders and Invaders and it seems all the craters come from these.
The A26 Invader planes could carry bombs up to 4 pieces of 1000lb. The B26 Marauder could carry two 2000lb bombs.
I intensively looked in the past for a relation of bomb weigt to crater size. It depends naturally also on the ground condition. But I found nothing up to now.
