Second item is the flare chute pull ring, mounted on Frame 9, left hand side if you are sitting in the cockpit.

Third item is indeed the harness release box from an early aeroplane – Its mounted on the spine longeron behind the aerial.

The panel is a mounting for terminal blocks and lives on the port side of the fuselage, under the fillet fairings.
