Not sure why that is, the refund should go straight out and not be pending at all! It’s all done this end so there’s nothing more we can do to speed it up. I’ve not known a pending time in the past. Surely it can’t be anything to do with the bank holiday? Perhaps something to do with paying by PayPal (if you did?)
We notified everyone as soon as the decision was made in case people had hotels etc booked with cut off dates amd we processed the refubd as soon as we could while organising ready for the bank holiday event.
