The title of this thread got me thinking….
Anyone suppose they’ll go on the record to correct their earlier assumptions?
Call a news conference with all the outlets that unquestioningly repeated their hyperbole in the past and say…”Maybe we were a bit hasty…”

If would earn them some credit for being honest…but I’m not sure they care.
