I think it’s a wonderful day out, it’s more like a love museum than a conventional airshow but there’s usually a couple of flying guests. There certainly isn’t anywhere else like it in the country.

Creaking Door, it’s almost always held every May (last) and August bank holiday Sundays. You’re right though, the update threads always used to be fascinating.
