Tricky question there… The aircraft to the right is the Mikoyan-Gurevich I-224 prototype at Tushino (1945). It may be so that the aircraft to left has paddle type blades, and if that is the case it should show us the I-225. The entire I-220 series were quite similar externally, and especially from the angle shown left; e.g. from the front. Even with a very clear photograph it would difficult to distinguish between them from this perspective, so with this image the task is almost impossible.
As an aside, it was the original I-220 for which the type-name “MiG-11” was earmarked, but in the event that machine never entered production and so the designation was unused. “MiG-7” would have applied to an AM-37 engined MiG-3, also not realised.
