Hi guys, thanks for the comments. Yes he did build the Spitfire and Hurricane as well. The Spitfire is mine, also perfect 1/6th scale based on MK912 that is now with Ed Russell and is most definately a flyer! The Hurricane, which is painted as the ex-TFC aircraft (now with HAC) in her 71sqn markings XR-T. She is also a flyer, though has lent her powerplant to the Spitfire for the forseeable future.

till I noticed the wooden looking Hurricane pilot!
If you believe what some people are saying about the BoB, all Hurricane pilots had a wooden heads, not to be flying a Spitfire. Because, as you know, the Spitfire did win the Battle of Britain all by it’s self :rolleyes: 😉 😀

Wow, that’s gorgeous. Did your Dad also make the TFC Hurricane and Spitfire too? Those lineup shots really fooled me, ZI thought they must be photos of the real examples to compare wih till I noticed the wooden looking Hurricane pilot!
