Picked this up from Ebay, any idea where it was taken?

“Hurricane R4224 YB-C of No. 17 Squadron. Hurricane Aces 39-40 by Tony Holmes. “R4224 was the short-lived mount of newly-arrived No 17 Sqn OC. Sqn Ldr A.G. Miller. He was forced to crash-land the fighter near North Weald on 3. Sept. after being attacked by Bf 110.”

Looks like R4224/YB*C belonging to S/Ldr A G Miller August 1940 North Weald. The light patch below the cockpit would be a S/Ldr’s pennant. Sky spinners had not yet been adopted but it is said that it was a common feature of 17 Sqn at that time.
