1937 RAF Booklet

I have what seems to be an early RAF Yearbook-style publication from 1937.
It has features on Air Defense, thge RAF Overseas and what RAF personnel earm (a FO received 311,10s 10d yearly). The FAA and Auxilary Air force also receives attention.

For fighters it shows Demons and Bulldogs…and one shot of the prototype Spitfire labeled “Ultra-modern”. Heavy bombers are represented by the HP Heyford, while the prototype Blenheim represents medium bombers. There is also a neat cut away of an Anson.
It also shows the Lysander and Cierva autogyro.

Has anypone ever seen this? Is it rare?

I have a copy of that one as well. Suspect it is quite common for some reason
