Not sure how this got to UK but this is a French aircraft seat dated 1956. Either pilot or Co-pilot.
With its height and rake adjustment likely to be a freighter rather than fighter – similar to my C119 pilot chair.
Seat paint was originally dark blue on top of copper anodised aluminium. Re painted black at some time in its life.
Leather headrest and armests are in blue leather.
The dataplate is stamped NATO ( not OTAN).

From the manual and images of French aircraft I can find – I assume a Nord Noratlas.
Perhaps an export sale to Germany or later resale to Portugal etc.
I had considered MD Flamant but the seat back is not correct.
Needs some love to make it fully operational.

P.S. I am assuming that this is the co pilot seat .
More wear on LHS top edge.
No map bag and seatbelt holder on top RHS as shown on drawing.
