1970s cockpit panel bulbs

I’ve got some Lockheed cockpit panels that use 5V bulbs like the one in the pictures. I’ve removed the bulb from its cap/holder, but it maybe that the bulb and holder are normally sold together.

I’m also trying to find some extra small (round) ‘grain of wheat’ bulbs that seem to be used in most of the cockpit switch panel lighting. They seem to be known as ‘Short T1’, and I bought some of the ones in this link http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/filament-indicator-lamps/0106458/?searchTerm=106-458&relevancy-data=636F3D3126696E3D4931384E525353746F636B4E756D6265724D504E266C753D656E266D6D3D6D61746368616C6C26706D3D5E5C647B337D5B5C732D2F255C2E2C5D5C647B332C347D2426706F3D313426736E3D592673743D52535F53544F434B5F4E554D4245522677633D4E4F4E45267573743D3130362D34353826 in the hope that they’d fit, but unfortunately, they’re too long. I found one supplier in the US who wants about $10 each for them! I’d like to find someone who doesn’t have to warrant them safe for flight!
