We will not forget.

I would like to know why he was not included on the glass wall at Duxford ?

Hi Ashley, I am not to sure what combat experiance Dwight had, that part is still a dark area for us, but I still feel he should be on the wall.

I have just returned from The Village of Greensted Green, to lay two tributes to Dwight on this the 60th Anniversary of his death, please click the link below for some more details and pictures.

Good question Colin…the only thing I can think of is that he died on a training flight, as opposed in actually being on a raid? I know that’s not really a very good excuse, but the only thing I can think of. Had Dwight got any combat experience when he died, for I would have thought that would be enough to “get him” on the wall, regardless of the circumstances of his death?

Regardless of what experience he had, he is certainly not forgotten.
