The rain that met us when we emerged from the hotel stopped eventually, so it was off to Cains Lane when landings switched to 27L.

Is that the BA 777 (G-YMMM)?
Alas, it is indeed the BA 777. Not the most reassuring of sights for passengers sitting in window seats on that side of an aircraft landing on 27L, I should have thought.
…I need a LHR trip sometime soon!…
