 so green, is ODSK in a bad state, or doesn’t it look that bad?

My quote that is doesn’t look that bad was referring to G-SATR actually. I should have made it clear. 😮

I’ve been told that GODSK is a possible write-off due to the twisting forces inflicted on the fuselage. Anybody able to confirm?

Fortunately no injuries, but try telling the bean counters that this is nothing major. They are probably having a fit right now 😮

Also, I think the pilots involved will right now be considering this a major happening 😮

Yes but not a major incident in the grand scheme of things, nor the major collision the headline writers would have us believe?

I haven’t got pics, but I’ve seen some of the damage on both aircraft. G-ODSK is in a bad state.

The damage doesn’t look all that bad actually

Aircraft involved are G-ODSK and G-SATR. The damage doesn’t look all that bad actually.

rudi, depends if they have anything else that is more important! It seems Excel havent had there name mentioned as much as bmi baby in reporting so you could probably say bmi baby got most unwanted press.

Very interested to see how this happened as its strange for a tail to go through a wing! Excel, if not airport layout, would be at fault? Excel was probably passing behind the 737 and took rudder with him perhaps?

This was the second highest story on TalkSport at 6pm. A big thing for the airlines concerned, but a big news story?
