2 Questions!

Hi all,

I have these 2 questions that keep bugging my mind. First question why do Spanish F-1s and Canadian CF-18s have this fake black cockpit painted on the other side?

Something like this:

And probably the weirdest of all but I have to ask it, is it possible for a B-52 bomber to make a looping? It sounds stupid and I am sorry but I have to know. I always thought that due to the size of it it would be impossible and cost way too much power, but I hope someone can shed some light on it.
