2 questions about the Flanker

Two questions about the Flanker:

Can anyone tell me what’s the current status and the future of the upgraded Su-27SM in RuAF?

I’ve heard that the Su-27s of the VVS and the Su-30MKI (IAF of course) had received (or are receiving) some RAMs threatment. Can anyone confirm that?
