I went via Singapore. Over the Timor Sea and NW Australia were very bad.

The routes over the pacific oceans are well known for their rough turbulences.

This kind of accidents are not rare unfortunately…

I struck a lot of severe turulence on a recent return flight to Australia, not as bad as described but bad enough for the crew to be locked down a few times.
What also amazed me was the number of people who would simply continue walking around or going to the toilet, blatantly ignoring the crew’s instructions.

Sounds like a broken record : turbulences , people not seaten with their seat belt fasten , injures etc…. Some will never learn!
