Here are some of my photos from this show, held near the Eastern end of the Los Angeles basin:
Ex-El Salvadorean air force FG-1D Corsair, quite possibly used in the 1969 “Soccer War” against Honduras:

T-28C Trojan (though with a tailhook it should be a T-28D) fitted with politically incorrect napalm bombs:

C-46 Commando:

Antonov An-2 “Colt”, largest single-engined biplane that’s ever flown. Did you know that standard operating procedure when the engine dies during darkness or whiteout conditions is to pull hard back on the control column, allow the automatic leading-edge slats to deploy at 40mph and then drift down to the ground like a parachute, at about 25mph?

For many people the highlight of the show was this extraordinary takeoff by a local C-17 Globemaster III:

Along with that takeoff, this Shawnee shot would have to be the highlight of the show for me:

Richard, great images. Thanks for sharing! I love that C-17 take-off. The Shawnee shot is great. It is an amazing shape. Well captured!
