whilst the vixen might well make it to static running, unless a sponsor comes forward the public liability insurance will be another. Both engines are now running however, which after nearly 5 engines in/out is a great acheivement.
there are a lot of lose ends to tie up with it, a major problem is that the kind gentleman that offered to restore the pilots seat has taken it away in good grace and to all intentions disappeared and therefore most likely stolen the seat. we are left with a shell that has no harnesses and fails to motor up and down

Good news. Although living in Devon I’ll be on 10 days walking holiday in Derbyshire in late May so shall be able to make the Sunday 26th open day.
Having followed online the fantastic efforts of the LPG to re-erect the QRA sheds I really look forward to seeing them in the flesh (so to speak).
